1. Game Roster(7 Copies).
2. Medical Release for all players (Including Guest Players).
3. Regular Roster.
4. ID for Coaches, Asst Coaches, and Managers.
5. Travel Roster or Travel Permit.
6. Player Passes(For all teams OUTSIDE NTSSA).
7. Team Contact Info(Team Name, Team Contact, Local Contact#, Hotel Name)
8. Propery executed Guest player Release form for each guest player.(For NTSSA teams only).
