Coaches Clinics
To Register:
1- Make a payment (Cash or Check) to PYSA --
2- Fill out the Registration Form Including Name, Address, Phone #, and Be Specific about what clinic you are taking --
3- We are limited to 30 in each clinic with a 15 minimum --
4- Mail or drop this by PYSA as soon as possible -- PYSA; 221 W Parker Road # 480; Plano, TX 75023 --
